Spring is here! Ever wonder how a restaurant creates their fresh and seasonal cocktails? Katie DeHart is a beverage specialist and is eager to teach you how to create 3 different Spring cocktails. There will be a vodka, whiskey, and gin cocktail that you will learn how to make and then enjoy drinking afterwards!

Are you new to the Attimo Wine Club Family? Have you been a member for a while but want to learn more about our house varietals? This Flight Night 101 will be geared towards talking in depth about our house Sparkling, Bianco, Rosato and Rosso. Learn more about Piedmont and the varietals that come out of this stunning region! You'll also enjoy a tour of the winery and hearing the story how Attimo began. Let's take a walk through Piedmont together!

Eager to learn more about Barolo and different vintages? This 4 course dinner will be led by our Director of Sales, Scott Thomas. He will walk you through 4 different Baroli from different producers and vintages as well as a 2016 Barbaresco. These special wines will be accompanied by an epic 4 course dinner featuring Chef Russ Maduxx. Chef Maduxx is a former Chef from Tavernetta and will rock your taste buds with the meal below. 

1st Course: 

Robiola Cheese, Strawberry, Olive Oil

Paired with Attimo 2015 Barolo 

 

2nd Course: 

Dandelion Green Salad, Radish, Pickled Shallots, Buttermilk Vinaigrette 

Paired with Attimo 2016 Barolo 

 

3rd Course: 

Pea Risotto, Lamb Guanciale, Mint, Pecorino

Paired with Attimo 2016 Barbaresco 

 

4th Course: 

Piedmontese Beef Ribeye, Roasted Carrots, Pistachio 

Paired with 2015 Simone Busia Barolo and 2014 Diego Conterno Ginestra Barolo 

 

About Chef Maduxx:

Chef Russ Maddux came to Denver four years ago by way of Kansas City, where he was the Sous Chef at the James Beard Nominated restaurant, The Rieger. After moving to Denver he was hired on to the opening team at Frasca Hospitality Group’s Tavernetta, where he was again promoted to Sous Chef. Since the pandemic, Russ has pivoted into butchery full time. In his free time he enjoys traveling with his wife Joyce and spending time with their German Shepard, Lucy.
