Bright straw yellow in color with fresh citrus and melon aromas. Ending with hints of almond. An unoaked, dry, medium bodied white wine with crisp acidity. The Arneis is an elegant wine with good complexity, well balanced, with a lingering finish.
Vineyard Notes
The vineyards are approximately 20 years old and planted with 4000 to 4500 vines per hectar.
Winemaker Notes
Grapes are first pressed and then clarified. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel and does not go under any malolactic fermentation to preserve acidity and freshness. The wine is held in stainless steel tanks on fine lees until it is transferred to Denver and bottled.
