Winemaker Notes
Harvest started in mid-September and the grapes are de-stemmed, first pressed, and then clarified. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel.
Other Notes
A Piedmont-inspired blend. Arneis and Cortese are two of lower Piedmont’s great native white grapes. Together with Chardonnay, our Bianco represents the impressive whites of the region with an international twist. Bottled by hand in Denver.
