Arneis: Lower Piedmont’s most planted white variety primarily grown in the “left bank”. Nicknamed “the little rascal” in Piedmontese dialect because some of the older clones were difficult to cultivate. Arneis was nearly extinct in the 1960’s, but thanks to a handful of passionate producers, it became one of Italy’s great white wines.

Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
This aromatic wine has bright acidity and amazing depth. An elegant white with notes of white flowers and melon. It has a long, mineral, zesty finish.
Vineyard Notes
The grapes are selected from mixed vineyard sites in the Langhe, which is known for its calcareous soil as it's an ancient seabed. This translates to the wine's floral aromatics, specifically notes of honeysuckle. This wine has bright acidity and amazing depth.
Production Notes
100% Arneis. Hand-harvested, biodynamic farming. Fermentation in stainless steel helps preserve the vibrancy and freshness while subtle lees contact adds richness and complexity. Bottled in Denver
