The grapes are selected from vineyards located in the western Roero in the commune of Santo Stefano Roero, which is known for their pure sand soils and marine sediments. This translates to the wine's floral aromatics, bright acidity and amazing depth. Fermentation in stainless steel helps preserve the acidity and freshness while subtle lees contact adds richness and complexity. Fruits are bright lemon citrus, underripe stone fruits and a nutty almond finish. Delicious and refreshing. Bottled in Denver.
