Meet the Tigella—your new favorite Italian food you’ve never heard of. It’s a doughy, grilled, English-Muffin-like flatbread that we’ll use as a canvas for charcuterie, cheeses, and Nutella. It’s an Emilia-Romagna tradition you’ll have to experience for yourself. Join us as we learn to roll out Tigelle, grill them at the table, and then eat 12 each. Bring a date, some co-workers, your neighbors… it’s a dinner party for new and old foodie friends alike. Happy hour at 5:30pm, Class Begins at 6:30pm and ends at 10:00pm.
Tickets are all inclusive. They include the class, a happy hour drink, a glass of wine from the tap, a charcuterie board, and tax and gratuity.
