In the most unpretentious fashion, this class will cover a myriad of subjects, including wine production, the concept of terroir (aka a taste of place), and the basics of tasting (structural components of tannin, acid, body, etc.). Bring a friend and lots of curiosity. We promote interactive sessions open to any and all questions about wine.
