Named in honor of our founder's sons, Tre and Milo; this single-vineyard Barolo has a gorgeous garnet color. While each vintage is subtly different, this wine is known for a complex nose of red fruit and herbaceous notes.

Striking bright cherry and rhubarb stand out along with forest floor, black licorice and a hint of balsamic. This complex wine has tertiary nuances of tobacco, wild roses and violets. An elegant Barolo that is vibrant yet structured with muscular tannins and high acidity. This is a remarkable, fine wine and the 2016, 2017 and 2018 are remarkable vintages.

Winemaker Notes
VINTAGE 2016 - Epic The fantastic 2016 vintage produced some of the finest Baroli in a decade. Good snow melts from a healthy winter, followed by alternating cool and warm days of spring and summer with a small amount of rain in July. Autumn brought cool evenings and sunny days to maintain a balanced weather pattern that was perfect for the long maturing nature of Nebbiolo. VINTAGE 2017 - Challenging The challenging 2017 vintage started off with a wet spring, followed by a very hot summer. The spring started warm, but on Easter there was a heat spike followed by a temperature drop below freezing. The weather continued to follow an erratic pattern of rainy and cold – with a second freeze a week after the first. It finally stabilized in May, with zero rainfall until September 1st. VINTAGE 2018 - Moderate 2018 was a moderate vintage that was never too hot, never too cold. The vines never seemed particularly stressed, and the vintage finished with real heat only in September. Winter rains replenished the water tables after the brutally dry summer and autumn of 2017. The summer was mild, and the hillsides stayed vibrantly green throughout the summer – a rarity in northern Italy.
